ADAM KUTINSKY attorney

In 2000, Adam Kutinsky graduated from Wayne State Law School, passed the bar exam, and accepted an associate position with a respected Michigan law firm.  Over the course of ten years, he worked his way up to become the insurance coverage practice leader at one of the largest defense trial firms in the Midwest. While leading the firm’s insurance coverage practice, he attended night classes and earned the foremost insurance designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU.®) In 2016, he was named chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Insurance & Indemnity Section which he held through 2017. His experience representing insurance companies helped him to realize policyholders had limited options when in need of an experienced insurance coverage attorney.  This realization led to the formation of KUTINSKY PLLC, which exclusively represents policyholders, insureds and other claimants in disputes with insurance companies.
